Together with Annemarie, Peter looks after guests at the ‘Adler’, both at reception and in the services department. He has held several positions in top catering businesses including in Lech and San Diego, California. His long-time experience is worth its weight in gold as purchasing is just one of the areas for which he acts as our number cruncher.
