How could one more aptly describe the successful marriage between pleasurable taste sensation and a true feast for the eyes? All the food creations made by our head chef Toni and his team are met with the words ‘that tastes wonderful’. Their gourmet meals not only bring a smile to the faces of our hotel guests but also to everyone else as the restaurant is open to anyone wishing to receive a culinary spoiling.
Toni first took a potato peeler in his hand as a five year old in the kitchen of his parents’ hotel. Today his repertoire of meals ranges from good home cooking to exquisite delicacies – our Bregenz Forest cheese specialities represent both of these! As members of the Bregenzerwald Cheese Route, it is our pleasure to serve you this culinary heritage.
