We’re the Simmas!

A big family of hoteliers. That’s us – 5 siblings with their families, all united by a shared passion for hosting, passed down from our senior chefs, Maria and Toni, who quite literally instilled it in us from day one. Together, we’re the largest hotelier family in the Bregenzerwald. Since 1665, our family has been running the Adler and Rössle hotels in Au, and even after over 300 years, we’re still loving every moment of it.
