Whenever he is not working in the kitchen, he is following his second passion: horses. He trains with Darla and Daisy several times a week, as for him this is the perfect antidote to cooking. He has been using his cooking skills to look after your needs since 2001. This includes offering hearty home cooking, regional specialities and dishes from international cuisine with his own individual interpretations.
